Based in France, she is the Education Sector Lead for the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council. Her visionary leadership is evident in the pivotal role played in conceiving and establishing the Jamaica Diaspora Mentorship Academy (JDMA). Her commitment to education extends to volunteering for UNESCO projects in education and communication. Additionally, she co-founded and co-edits the newsletter Jamaicans Across Continental Europe. Dr. Colly-Durand drives positive change within and beyond Jamaican communities.

A senior lecturer at Breda University of Applied Sciences, assumes a pivotal role as the European representative for the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council. Notably, she moderated the inaugural diaspora conference for continental Europe. Dr. de Vrieze-McBean is also esteemed as the co-founder and co-editor of Jamaicans Across Continental Europe newsletter, a platform fostering community engagement and exchange. Residing in Belgium, Dr. de Vrieze-McBean's impactful leadership serves as a catalyst for collaboration and empowerment within the Jamaican diaspora community across Europe. 

The Managing Principal with over 2 decades of experience in civil engineering and environmental management consultancy, excels in delivering successful outcomes in complex technical landscapes. As the Development Lead for the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council, she plays a pivotal role in shaping strategies for impactful development initiatives. Residing in the United Kingdom, She leverages her expertise to drive positive change and foster sustainable growth within Jamaican communities worldwide. 

A distinguished, certified educator and mentor. Her passion for nurturing minds and fostering growth led her to become a published author. Presently based in Zhejiang Province, China, Ms. Richard-Wilson embodies a dedication to lifelong learning and empowerment. Her residency in Zhejiang Province underscores her embrace of diverse cultural experiences, enriching her perspective and enhancing her contributions to the educational landscape. She continues to guide individuals on their paths to success.

Holds the esteemed position of President at the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario. Additionally, she is the visionary founder and president of SMILE (Single Mothers Inspiring Leadership in Education), an organization dedicated to empowering single mothers in Canada and Jamaica through education. SMILE offers up to ten $1000 bursaries to support single mothers in furthering their education, thereby fostering personal and professional growth. Her advocacy exemplifies her dedication to creating opportunities for marginalized groups. 

A leading Personal Branding Expert and CEO of Garrick Communications Ltd - a boutique Public Relations agency, that helps companies, individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and CEO's to position, package and promote their unique brand in order to effectively communicate their expertise or services and stand out in their craft or industry both on and offline. Essentially she is a Brand Builder. She is also an international speaker and trainer, Leadership Contributor for Entrepreneur Magazine and is the published author of 4 books around building more purposeful and profitable personal brands.

As Founder of Melbourne Motivation, established in March 2021, he amplifies the accomplishments of the emerging Caribbean youth leadership, fostering inspiration and recognition. A fervent Jamaican, advocates for the nation's virtues and its people. With a diverse background spanning medical practice, hospital administration, education, sales, marketing, and authorship, she brings a rich tapestry of skills and insights to various ventures. Currently presiding as President of the UK Chapter of the Glenmuir High Alumni Association, Kerry spearheaded a breakfast initiative to aid students in need and backs the school's Track and Field team. Eager to further uplift Jamaicans, Kerry aims to establish a scholarship fund at their father's alma mater, St Elizabeth Technical High School, honoring his legacy as its first enrollee. This endeavor reflects Kerry's commitment to youth empowerment and community welfare, embodying a steadfast dedication to Jamaica's advancement.
